Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and driving growth for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Managing client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
• Conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to execute marketing campaigns.
• Providing regular performance reports to clients and making recommendations for optimization.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling services.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
