Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our digital marketing company with a design sales unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical roles in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various technical roles in the digital marketing company.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the position.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes and documentation comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and the digital marketing industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment tools, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
